SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
- We ship Monday - Friday. Please allow 3-5 business days for items to ship, but often it's much quicker!
- We typically ship with either UPS or USPS and transit times vary based on service and destination.
- Please allow for extended shippings times during holiday weekends and large sales.
- Orders can not be edited after they have been placed. If there is a problem with your shipping address please reach out to hello@abbylane.com ASAP. We will do our best to help!
- International shipping fees are calculated at check out and will vary based on destination. Transit times will also vary depending on your location. Any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
Thank you so much for supporting our family. We hope you love your new items! Please let us know if something does not meet your expectations and we will do our best to make it right.
- We do not offer cash refunds, but are happy to issue store credit or size exchanges if return is initiated within 14 days of package delivery. Garment must be unwashed, unworn, free of scents, pet hair, makeup or visible wear, with tags attached when applicable.
- Additional shipping expenses will be the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a damaged or defective item.
- If you receive an item that is damaged or defective in some way, we sincerely apologize. Just notify us at hello@abbylane.com within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right!

Sale items, preorders, grab bags, intimates, swimwear, custom items, mystery items and accessories are not eligible for exchange or return except in the case of a defect. Electronic items may not be returned after the packaging has been opened, except in the case of a defect.
