Shipping Policy 

• We ship Monday - Friday. Please allow 3-5 business days for items to ship. 
• Please allow for extended shippings times during holiday weekends and large sales. 
• There is a 24 hour window once an order is placed that it can be edited/canceled.

Pre-orders: Preorder items will be clearly marked in the product title and the product description. Any order containing preorder items mixed with In-stock items will hold your order until the preorder items arrive. You must separate your order if you would like the in stock items to ship ASAP. Pre-order shipping turn-around-times are ESTIMATED, and sometimes delays happen. Pre-order items are not eligible for refunds due to arriving late.

Return Policy

• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order and shipped within 14.
• Items must be in new, original, unworn condition with tags attached to be accepted for return. Items returned worn, soiled or otherwise unsaleable will not be eligible for a refund.
• Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. 
• Returns are eligible for store credit only.

The following items are final sale and NOT eligible to be returned

• Sale, discount, and clearance items
• Custom, personalized & pre-order items
• Mystery items
• Swimwear
